Mary Beden is our Hynotherapist and is registered and certified as a Hypnotherapist/Hypnocounselor and as a Grief Recovery Counselor.
In addition to Hypnosis and Grief Recovery, Mary is also a Reiki Master. She has training in Guided Imagery, Guided Meditation, Body Wisdom, Age Regression, Parts Therapy, Past Life Regression and Pain Management.
Mary also teaches Self-Hypnosis, Meditation, and Reiki Levels I, II and Master.
